William "Bill" James Hradek, 55, of Conroy, IA passed away peacefully at his home on October 13, 2023 due to natural causes.

William was born October 28, 1967 to James and Nona Hradek Marengo, IA. He grew up in Williamsburg, IA until moving in 1974 with his mom, Nona to Iowa City, where he attended City High School.

Following school, Bill worked for Holdens Seed Corn in Williamsburg and a verity of manufacturing companies along with trucking. Most recently he has been at Victor Manufacturing for several years.

Bill enjoyed watching racing and anything cars, he lived by "Mopar or No Car". From his blue jeans, Reebok high tops, and concert tees to his mullet, Bill was a true 70's child at heart.

He is survived by his mom, Nona Paulsen of Belle Plaine; daughter, Christina Marie Hradek of St. Louis, MO; son, Steven Tyler Hradek of Marengo; and step-daughter, Paige Gregg of Amana.

Bill is preceded in death by his father, James; friend, Billy Ballard, and many beloved dogs.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to the family.

Mass of Christian Burial is 11:00 a.m. Friday, November 17, 2023 at St. Michael's Catholic Church, Belle Plaine. With Celebration of Life to follow in the parish hall.
