Terry D. Smith, 48 passed away November 1, 2015 at the University of Iowa Hospital and Clinics A memorial service will be held 7 pm Friday, November 6, 2015 at Hrabak Funeral Service of Belle Plaine. April 12, 1967, the son of Dennis and Alice (Edmonds) Smith. At a young age Terry moved with his family to Iowa. Following his education he worked as a cook and as a truck driver for many different companies. Terry met Donna Binz in 1988, together the couple had three children. Terry enjoyed cooking, working on vehicles, listening to music and most of all spending time with friends and family. He is survived by his Wife, Donna Smith, of Iowa City; children, Sonny Smith, of Iowa City, Jessica Smith, of Iowa City, Terry Jr. Smith, of Iowa City; Grandbabies, Sabella, and Sapphira; and many loving friends and family. Terry was preceded in death by his parents.
