Marion M. Kasal, 92, passed away August 21, 2024 in Midland, TX.

Marion Maxine Kasal the daughter of Milton and Pearl Neal was born on June 16, 1932 at her home
in Mingo, Iowa. At a very young age she accepted the Lord into her heart and served him for her
entire life.

As a carpenter, her father, Milton, would take Marion from job to job in surrounding cities to keep
him company. In these towns Marion would work in the area restaurants to keep her busy while her
father worked his trade. It was in the town of Chelsea, Iowa, in one of those restaurants that she
met a young man, named Walter Kasal and they would marry on August 10, 1958. They were
married for 65 years before Walter's death in 2009.

Marion attended the Open Bible Church of Mingo, Iowa, that was built totally by her father, Milton's
hands.

Living on the farm, Marion loved having her grandchildren come to visit and spent many hours in her
garden, and canning foods for herself and her family. Most of her children and grandchildren have a
treasured crocheted blanket, pot holder, or pillowcases or towels edged with crocheted edges that
Marion made with love.

As a precious prayer warrior, Marion was a always ready to take your needs before the Lord.
She is a beloved member of the family of the Fountain Church in Walford, IA and will be truly missed.

Surviving is1 son Philip (June), 1 daughter Naomi Varney. 9 Grandchildren, 15 Great-Grandchildren,
3 Great-Great-Grandchildren.

Marion was preceded in death by her parents and her husband Walter Kasal, 1 daughter, Connie and
twin sons, Matthew and David.

Funeral service is 11:00 a.m. Thursday, August 29, 2024 at the Fountain Ministries in Walford, IA with visitation one hour prior to the service. Burial will take place at Oak Hill Cemetery, Belle Plaine, IA.
