Julia "Judy" M. Breja, 60, of Blairstown, formerly of Belle Plaine, passed away Tuesday, March 28, 2016 at her sister's home in Blairstown, IA.

A funeral service will be 11:00 a.m. Saturday, April 1, 2017 at Hrabak-Neuhaus Funeral Service of Belle Plaine, IA.

Visitation will be 9-11:00 a.m. Saturday at the funeral home. Burial will take place at a later date at St. Mary's Cemetery, Vining, IA. Memorials may be made to the family. Online condolences can be made to the family at www.hrabakfuneralhome.com.

Julia was born January 13, 1957 the daughter of Charles and Elizabeth (Moore) Breja. She grew up on the family farm near Elberon, IA, and graduated from Belle Plaine High School the class of 1975. Following high school, she worked nearly 31 years for Benco in Belle Plaine.

She enjoyed her holidays, and the traditional birthday gambling trips. Most of all Julia loved spending time with family.

Julia is survived by her daughter, Lisa (Chance Brennecke) Breja; siblings, Mike Breja, Patty Kimm, Jim (Bobbie) Breja, Dave (Mary) Breja, Sue (Dick) Schulze, John Breja, Dan (Judy) Breja, Sharon (Randy) Ledger.

She was preceded in death by her parents, brother-in-law, Dave Kimm, great nephew, Joey Kimm, and many beloved pets.
