Jeremy T. Hrabak, 39, of Cedar Rapids died Sunday, January 11, 2015 in Chelsea, Iowa. Services will be 10:00 AM Monday at St. Ludmila's Catholic Church in Cedar Rapids by Rev. Dennis Juhl. Visitation will be 5:00 - 7:00 PM Sunday at the church. Burial will be in Rector Cemetery, Chelsea. He is survived by his father, Dennis Hrabak of Cedar Rapids; son, Brandon Hrabak of Cedar Rapids; daughter, Brittany Hrabak of Mesa, AZ; brother, Nick (Dawn) Hrabak of Cedar Rapids; and sister Stacy (Bob) Davis of Cedar Rapids. He is preceded in death by his mother, Lorraine Hrabak; sister, Beth Smith; grandparents Kenneth and Louise Hrabak, and grandparents Frank and Margaret Vosatka. In lieu of flowers, a memorial fund has been established.
