James Allen Morrow, 74, died Friday August 15, 2014 at the Vinton Lutheran Home. Services will be 11:oo AM. Tuesday, August 19, 2014 at the First Lutheran Church with Pastor Dean Duncan Presiding. Visitation will be 4-7 PM. Monday at the Hrabak Funeral Home and after 10:00 AM. Tuesday at the Church. Cremation will follow the services. Inurnment with Military Rites will be in St. John's Cemetery, rural Newhall, at a later date. Jim is survived by Children, Allen (Kimberly) Morrow of Clinton, Douglas Morrow of Minier, IL, Kristine (Marcus)Pope of Belle Plaine, and Teresa (Randy) Kannegieter of Iowa Falls; Siblings, Donald (Linda) Morrow of Belle Plaine, William (Lucy) Morrow of Des Moines, Janet Johnson of Thompson, Il; also by18 Grandchildren and 24 Great Grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents Allen and Georgia Morrow; wife Virginia in 2012; Son David; Brother Michael; Sister Dorothy. Memorials may be directed to Unity Point Hospice at St. Luke's Hospital in Cedar Rapids or The First Lutheran Church in Belle Plaine.
