Jack A. Ford, 66, of Belle Plaine, Iowa passed away at his home due to a brief illness Saturday, December 24, 2016.

A celebration of life is 3:00 p.m., Thursday, December 29, 2016 at Hrabak-Neuhaus Funeral Service of Belle Plaine. With a visitation one hour prior to the service at the funeral home. Jack Arthur was born September 23, 1950 to Dempsey and Donna (Henneger) Ford. He attended Belle Plaine Schools. Following school he work as a mechanic and in construction. October 31, 1999 He married Cynthia Hartman.

Jack was into Harley Davidson, and about anything with a motor. He enjoyed drawing, and spending time with friends.

He is survived by his siblings, Linda (Jim) Werning, of Tama, Nancy (Bob) Stouffer, of Mitchellville, William Ford, of Tama, Betty (Kevin) VanThournout, of Colorado Springs, Co.; special friend, Chris White, of Belle Plaine, and 5 nieces.

Jack was preceded in death by his parents, wife Cynthia, and nephew Ryan VanThournout.
