Evelyn F. Kimm, 99, died peacefully at her home on Sunday October 11, 2015. Services will be held 10:30 AM Wednesday, October 14, 2015 at St Michael's Catholic Church, Norway with Rev. Craig Steimel officiant. Burial will be at St. Michael's Cemetery. Visitation will be Tuesday from 4-7 PM at the Parish Center. Evelyn was born October 8, 1916 in Watkins, Iowa to Leonard and Bertha (Schmuecker) Brecht. On June 15, 1936 she married Keith Kimm at St. Patrick's Catholic Church in Watkins. Evelyn worked for many years at the Ox Yoke Inn in Amana. In her free time she enjoyed playing cards with family and friends, but most of all she enjoyed time spent with her family. Survivors include her children Suzanne Gramblin, Donald (Elizabeth) Kimm, Julie (Dan) Swick, and LuAnn (Jeff) Fleck; grandchildren Tami, Tonya, Brent, Ryan, Chris, Kiley, Ashley, Keith, Nikki and 12 great grandchildren; one brother Edwin (Eileen) Brecht, sisters-in-law Dorothy Brecht, Marian Brecht. Preceding her in death were her parents, husband Keith, son-in-law Gary Gramblin, brothers Floyd (Mary) Brecht, Leonard Brecht, Bernard Brecht, and sister Kathryn Kimm.
