David "Butch" L. Rusk, 71, of Jewell and formerly of Keystone, died April 12, 2012 at the Mary Greeley Medical Center in Ames following a lingering illness. Funeral services will be 10:30 AM Tuesday, April 17, 2012 at the Hrabak Funeral Home in Belle Plaine by Pastor Richard Osslund. Burial will be in Oak Hill Cemetery, Belle Plaine with Military Rites by the Merkel-Bockholt American Legion Post #107 of Keystone. Visitation will be 4:00 - 7:00 PM Monday at the Hrabak Funeral Home. He is survived by a son, Doug (Sheila) Rusk of Keystone; daughter, Dorene (Tim) Pickart of Keystone; sister, Sally (Willis, Jr.) Cronbaugh of Cedar Rapids; five grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.
