Cody will be forever loved by his parents; Rob and Kacie (Mathern) Fattig; sister, Laynie; twin brother, Jackson; grandparents, Gary and Kathy Fattig, Larry and Pattie Mathern, along with aunts, uncles and cousins.
Private family service took place at St. Joseph's Cemetery, Chelsea, IA.
