Ana A. Hopwood, 32, of Belle Plaine, IA passed away Wednesday, September 28, 2016 at her home.

Memorial Service is 11:00 a.m., Monday, October 3, 2016 at Hrabak-Neuhaus Funeral Service, in Belle Plaine with Rev. Charles Johnson officiating.

Visitation is one hour prior to the service at Hrabak-Neuhaus Funeral Service. Burial will take place at Oak Hill Cemetery, Belle Plaine. Memorials may be made to the family. Online condolences can be sent to the family at www.hrabakfuneralhome.com

Ana Alicia Hopwood was born August 30, 1984 in Iowa City, Iowa to Tamara "Tammy" Jean and Gary Hopwood. Ana graduated from Belle Plaine High School the class of 2003. Following high school, she attended Kaplan University, and later went to work at Amana Refrigeration. Most recently Ana worked as a subcontractor with a computer design company.

Ana was fond of her cat Daisy and working with computers. She enjoyed the time spent with family especially when her niece and nephew would visit.

She is survived by her mother, Tammy Knapp, of Belle Plaine; sisters, Deb Miller, of Deep River, IA, Shelly Reiten, of North Liberty, IA; Rachel Daily, of Urbana, IA; grandparents, Eugene and Karen Ledvina, of Belle Plaine; and many more loving family and friends.

Ana was preceded in death by her father, Gary Hopwood; grandparents, Claude "Bud" and Juanita Hopwood.
