Albert F. Lyman, 91, died Friday, April 19, 2013 at the Belle Plaine Nursing and Rehab Center. Services will be 10:00 AM Wednesday, April 24 at the Hrabak Funeral Home with Rev. Steve Hubbell presiding. Burial will be in the Irving Cemetery, rural Belle Plaine with Military Honors. Visitation will be from 4:00 - 7:00 PM Tuesday at the funeral home. He is survived by his wife, Ruth; sons, David (Nancy) Lyman of Saginaw, MI, and Bill (Loretta) Lyman of Belle Plaine; daughters, Nancy Dane of Farmington, MO and Peggy (Bill) Martin of Belle Plaine; also by eleven grandchildren, thirteen great-grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews. Albert was preceded in death by his parents, Lewis and Dora Mae Pasler Lyman; brothers, Glen, Melvin "Dutch, George "Ivan", Floyd, and Carl; grandson, Damion T. Dane; and great-grandson, Damion P. Dane. Memorials may be directed to the American Legion Boys State program or to their charity of choice.
