Nadine R. Hlavacek, 90, of Belle Plaine, died Friday, February 5, 2010 at the Belle Plaine Nursing and Rehab Center following a short illness. Services will be 10:30 AM Tuesday at the Hrabak Funeral Home by Rev. Pete Hagglund. Burial will be in Oak Hill Cemetery, Belle Plaine. Friends may call from 4:00—7:00 PM Monday at the funeral home.
She is survived by sons, Tod (Peggy) Hlavacek of Cedar Rapids, Tim (Dona) Hlavacek of Conrad, and Ted (Janet) Hlavacek of Overland Park, KS; also nine grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
A memorial fund has been established. |
