Madalene M. Wauters, 95, died Monday, May 26, 2008 at the Belle Plaine Nursing and Rehabilitation Center following a short illness. Services will be 10:00 AM Thursday at St. Michael’s Catholic Church by Deacon Joe Behounek. Burial will be in Calvary Cemetery, Victor. Friends may call from 3:00 – 7:00 PM Wednesday at the Hrabak Funeral Home where there will be a vigil service at 6:30 PM.
She is survived by daughters, Joan Bardwell of Belle Plaine and Nancy Cox of Marion; son, Mike (Jan) of Belle Plaine; sisters, Marie DeMeyer of Belle Plaine, Helen Wauters of Victor and Henrietta Malloy of Oxford; also by nine grandchildren and sixteen great-grandchildren.
Madalene was preceded in death by her parents, Henry and Mary Stevens VanOtegham; her husband, Fred; sisters, Hilda Van DeVoorde, and Clara Anderson; brother, John VanOtegham; great-grandchildren, Noah Cahoon and Mary Kate Bardwell. |
