Barry R. Hovious, 61, died Sunday, June 29, 2008 at the University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics in Iowa City following a brief illness. Memorial services will be 1:00 PM Wednesday at the Hrabak Funeral Home by Rev. Jack Andrews of the Christian Fellowship FCF. Friends may call from 12:00 Noon until the time of service on Wednesday.
He is survived by his father, Raymond Hovious of Indianapolis; his wife, Betty of Belle Plaine; son, Barry, Jr. of Iowa City; step-son, Duane Gagel of Roseville, CA; daughters, Pamela Hovious of Utah, Cynthia Criswell of Conroy, IA, Brenda Gaede of Stillwell, KS, Patricia Mercer of Belle Plaine, Phyllis Payne of Cedar Rapids; brothers, Scott of Anaheim, CA, Michael and Richard of Indianapolis; sisters, Jeannie Hovious of Indianapolis, Marcie Ramirez of Riverside, CA, and Tina Hovious of Las Vegas.
Also surviving are eleven grandchildren. |
